I’m Surrey, a New Haven-based theater maker originally from a "right to farm" community and an old mill town in Massachusetts. I write about expansive Queerness in rural America, with one foot planted in reality and the other planted in the mouth of some unrelenting, gurgling creature (whatever that means…).
